We specialize in medium-frequency melting furnaces, medium-frequency power supplies, open & closed cooling towers, dust removal systems and all kinds of furnace spare parts. Customized solutions are available.

Q:What are your payment terms?

We accept T/T payment. Normally, a 30% deposit is required for production, and the 70% balance is due before shipment. Other payment terms can be further negotiated.

Q:How about your delivery time?

Generally 15-35 working days upon receiving your deposit, depending on different equipment models.

Q:How do you pack the goods for export?

Main machines use fumigated wooden cases; spare parts use anti-shock cartons, suitable for long-distance ocean transportation.

Q:What is your after-sales service?

We provide a one-year warranty for the main equipment. Lifelong technical support is offered. We can supply online technical guidance for installation and troubleshooting.
