After daily production, disassemble and clean the hoppers, molds, conveyor rollers, and other food-contact parts. Wipe the motor and electrical control box with a dry cloth. Add food-grade lubricant to the transmission components monthly. It is recommended to calibrate key sensors every 3-6 months to ensure parameter accuracy.
