The production capacity of a single machine is generally 100-500 bottles/hour, mainly affected by bottle size, operator skill, and heating and blowing parameter settings. Skilled operation can effectively increase the production capacity per unit time.

The air source pressure must be stable between 0.5-0.7 MPa, and a dryer filter must be installed to filter moisture and impurities from the air source, preventing moisture from entering the cylinder or mold and affecting equipment operation and bottle forming quality.

Routine maintenance requires cleaning plastic residue from the mold surface and applying rust-preventive lubricant after each production run. Store in a dry, well-ventilated area to prevent rusting.

Semi-automatic upgrades can be achieved by adding accessories such as an automatic feeder, finished product conveyor line, and PLC control system. However, the conversion cost is high. For large-scale mass production, it is recommended to directly purchase a fully automatic blow molding machine.
