Q:What materials can this melting pot heat and keep warm?
A:
It is mainly used for melting and constant temperature preservation of chocolate, cocoa butter, beeswax, honey and other grease-like materials, widely applied in handmade chocolate shops, baking stores and food processing factories.
Q:What heating way does the machine adopt? Will it burn chocolate?
A:
It uses water bath indirect heating, which heats evenly without local overheating. It can avoid scorching and separating of chocolate raw materials, and effectively lock the original taste of chocolate.
Q:What if chocolate is difficult to discharge after melting?
A:
The bottom of the tank is designed with a special discharge valve. After opening the switch, the liquid chocolate can flow out stably and smoothly, which is convenient for connecting to the follow-up pouring and filling equipment.
