It rapidly cools and solidifies chocolate coating on the surface of biscuits, donuts, candies and other snacks after spraying or pouring chocolate, so the chocolate layer sets quickly without flowing, sagging or sticking together.

Q:How does the cooling system work inside the tunnel?

It adopts compressor refrigeration plus closed forced cold air circulation. The inner cavity is equipped with thick thermal insulation layers to lock low temperature, cool products evenly from top and bottom, and avoid temperature loss and high energy consumption.

Q:Can the conveying speed and cooling temperature be adjusted?

Yes. The conveyor belt supports frequency conversion stepless speed regulation to match different production line speeds. The internal cooling temperature can be set freely on the control panel to adapt to different chocolate formulas and coating thicknesses.
