Q:Our workshop has no external compressed air pipeline, can this machine work normally?

Absolutely yes. HE-FS01 is equipped with a built-in silent oil-free air compressor. It only needs 380V three-phase power to work, no extra air compressor or pipeline renovation required. Small slaughterhouses, temporary processing workshops and catering kitchens can put it into use directly, greatly cutting your supporting procurement cost.
Q:We need multiple tools for rinsing, degreasing and disinfection, the operation is complicated. Can this machine finish all steps at one time?

Yes. The machine adopts German imported multi-functional valve body, supporting one-key switch among high-pressure rinsing, foam spraying and mist disinfection. It comes with a 25-meter long food-grade hose. One worker can complete full cleaning & disinfection for large workshop areas without frequent nozzle replacement, shorten workshop downtime and meet HACCP synchronous sanitation audit standards.
Q:Traditional cleaning machines waste lots of water and electricity with high long-term cost. Is this model water & energy saving?

It is highly water and energy saving. The pressure-sensing auto start-stop system turns off the pump automatically when no water is needed, saving 80% water compared with ordinary tap water washing. The whole machine adopts low-power design with emergency stop switch for safe use in humid workshops, which effectively reduces long-term water & electricity bills.

It is equipped with a standard 25-meter acid & alkali resistant food-grade hose for wide coverage. The matched manual hose reel realizes fast and tidy storage without tangling, ideal for large processing workshops like slaughterhouses, dairy plants and central kitchens.
Q:Will the maintenance and spare parts replacement be complicated later?

The machine adopts modular assembly with quick-connect water & electric interfaces. Nozzles and valve bodies can be disassembled and replaced separately for easy daily maintenance. Full sets of supporting nozzles and spray gun extension rods are supplied as standard accessories, no extra purchase needed.
