Q:Can this be used in a fish tank?

Yes, it can be used in a fish tank technically. Just please be ware, this is a 0.5 micron stone, it only produces very tiny bubbles.

Q:Is this air stone made of ozone resistant materials?

The item description says 316 stainless steel. 316 stainless is somewhat compatible with low concentration ozone.

Q:How to install it into cornelius keg?

The barb on the stone can attach the end of hose. And the another end of hose can install into your dip tube on keg lid.

Q:What's any noticeable difference between 0.5 and 2 micron stone?

Compared with 2 micron stone, 0.5 micron diffusion stone will greatly increase the surface area of gas and liquid contact , making the gas easier and faster to combine with liquid. It will improve your beer & drink mouth-feel.

Q:Can this be used with a portable aerator like the marine metal bubble box?

I use mine with an aquarium aerator. The big question is always hose and barb size. If those match or you can step up or down
