Prolonged inactivity of the printer causes the ink inside the print head to dry out and solidify, resulting in clogging.

When the print head is slightly clogged, use the built-in cleaning function of the printer to clean it.

If the print head is severely clogged, remove the XP600 print head, soak it in cleaning solution, and then clean it.

Reasons include: the waste ink tank is full and needs to be replaced; there is a blockage between the printhead and the waste ink tank; the printhead is short-circuited or some components are damaged; the printhead interface or connector is loose or disconnected.

If the waste ink tank is full, replace it. If the issue persists after replacement, clean the printhead and waste ink tank to remove any residue or dirt; inspect the printhead and other components. If there are any shorts or damages, have a professional replace them; check the connectors or plugs, reinsert any loose or detached ones into the correct position, and ensure the connector pins are clean.
