The ratio depends on drying speed: for fast speed use 80% Ethyl acetate and 20% Isopropyl alcohol; for medium speed use 80% n-propyl acetate and 20% Isopropyl alcohol; for slow speed use 60% n-propyl acetate, 20% Isopropyl alcohol, and 20% Propylene glycol monomethyl ether.
