Q:What are the recommended dilution ratios for different drying speeds?
A:
For fast drying, use 50% Ethyl acetate. For medium, use 10% Ethyl acetate, 70% n-propyl acetate, and 20% Isopropyl alcohol. For slow, use 30% Ethyl acetate, 50% n-propyl acetate, 20% Isopropyl alcohol, 20% Butyl acetate, and 10% Propyleneglycol monomethyl ether.
Q:What is the required surface tension for the printing substrates?
A:
Surface-treated BOPP film requires 38 dyne or above, PA film requires 52 dyne or above, and PET film requires 50 dyne or above.
