The ratio depends on drying and printing speed. For fast speed, use 80% Ethyl acetate and 20% Isopropyl alcohol. For medium speed, use 80% Ethyl acetate, 20% Isopropyl alcohol, and 80% n-propyl acetate. For slow speed, use 20% Isopropyl alcohol, 60% n-propyl acetate, and 20% Propylene glycol monomethyl ether.
Q:What substrates can this ink be used on?
A:
It is suitable for surface-treated BOPP, CPP, and SPP films with a surface tension of 38 dyne or above.
