Q:What is the recommended dilution ratio?
A:
The dilution ratio should be adjusted according to drying and printing speed requirement. For fast speed, use 80% Ethyl acetate and 20% Isopropyl alcohol. For medium speed, use 80% Ethyl acetate, 20% Isopropyl alcohol, and 20% n-propyl acetate. For slow speed, use 80% Ethyl acetate, 20% Isopropyl alcohol, 20% n-propyl acetate, and 20% Propylene glycol monomethyl ether.
Q:What are the applicable substrates?
A:
Surface treated BOPP, CPP, and SPP films with a surface tension of 38 dyne or above.
