This belt is designed for wet sand and gravel inside sand washing production lines. It transports damp aggregate without material slipping down under inclined working status.
The matching cleat and sidewall assembly avoids fine sand spilling in transportation process. Bolt fastening eliminates gap leakage which often appears on ordinary sidewall belts.
High quality rubber formula resists long term contact with muddy and wet aggregate. It will not swell or soften easily under continuous water splashing in sand plant.
It handles both fine manufactured sand and medium coarse gravel for aggregate classification. Multiple cleat height options adapt different grain composition of raw sand materials.
It can switch among horizontal inclined and angle changing transportation in one system. It helps customers build compact sand lifting section without multiple transfer chutes.
The steep angle conveying function greatly reduces the footprint of lifting equipment. It cuts investment on large concrete foundation for sand washing workshop.
Embedded type cleat can be changed separately when suffering sand particle abrasion. Operators do not need to remove the whole large belt for minor local damage.
The reinforced base belt maintains shape under long time 24 hour sand plant running. It avoids return stroke collapse in high frequency aggregate circulation work.
It works for river sand crushed stone manufactured sand and other construction aggregates. Customers can select proper sidewall height according to aggregate feeding size.

Q:What inclination angle can this corrugated sidewall conveyor belt support?
A:
It can realize continuous material conveying within 0-90 degrees. It can run for horizontal, inclined, vertical and angle changing transportation according to your actual project layout.
Q:What kinds of materials can this sidewall conveyor belt transport?
A:
It is suitable for bulk materials including coal, ore, gravel, sand, fertilizer and grain. It can handle particle size from fine powder up to 500 mm large lump materials.
Q:How should I choose the correct cleat type for my working condition?
A:
Choose T or TS cleat when conveying angle is less than 40 degree. Select C, TC or TCS cleat if inclination angle exceeds 40 degree. Embedded TS and TCS are recommended for heavy wear conditions.
Q:Will material leak between sidewall and cleat during operation?
A:
Our cleats are arranged to align with sidewall wave peaks and fixed by bolts. This structural design effectively avoids material leakage and prevents material accumulation at dead corners.
Q:What causes belt collapse on the return stroke of large sidewall conveyor belt?
A:
Collapse usually comes from insufficient transverse stiffness of base belt. Our product uses specially reinforced transverse rigid base belt to solve this common failure for large size sidewall belts.
