Separate Product Collection: Concentrate, middlings and tailings can be collected separately, allowing middlings to be reprocessed when needed.
No Added Separation Reagents: The gravity separation stage uses water and mechanical motion without requiring mercury or flotation reagents.

Q:Can this shaking table recover fine gold?

It can concentrate fine liberated gold from suitably prepared feed. Recovery depends on particle size, mineral liberation, slurry conditions and operating settings.
Q:Does the shaking table require water and electricity?
A:
Yes. Water carries and separates the particles across the deck, while an electric motor drives the reciprocating motion. Utility requirements depend on the selected model.
Q:Can the table process raw ore directly?
A:
Feed preparation depends on the ore. Oversized material generally requires crushing, grinding or screening, while excessive slimes may require removal before table separation.
Q:What products are collected during separation?
A:
The table can produce concentrate, middlings and tailings. Middlings may be returned for further processing according to the flowsheet.
