The flatness tolerance of mounting surface shall be no more than 0.25 mm. You must use grade 8.8 or higher strength bolts for fastening. Painting on the installation contact surface is prohibited.

What should we pay attention to for overload protection and multi motor linked operation?

External overload protection device is mandatory for every vibration motor. When two or more motors work in linkage, their overload protectors must be interlocked. If one motor trips due to fault, others shall stop simultaneously to prevent mechanical damage.

Q:Do I need to add lubricating grease for new vibration motors before installation?

No. Sufficient special purpose grease has been pre filled inside motors before delivery. Please do NOT add extra grease prior to installation. Refill grease periodically following our operation manual in later usage.
