Our vibration motors are widely used for vibrating screens, vibrating feeders, vibrating conveyors, vibrating tables, bin activators and quartz stone pressing machines, commonly applied in mining, quarry, metallurgy, coal, building material and foundry industries.
Q:Can you customize vibration motors for special working requirements?
A:
Yes. We support custom voltage, frequency, mounting holes, shaft size and excitation force according to customers' technical drawings and site working conditions. OEM service is available.
Q:How to adjust the excitation force of the vibration motor?
A:
Adjust the relative angle of two groups of eccentric blocks installed on both shaft ends. Please keep the eccentric blocks on two sides at the same angle to ensure synchronous vibration performance.
Q:What is the advantage of your bearing selection?
A:
We use well-known heavy-duty roller bearings. They are designed for continuous vibration environment, featuring strong impact resistance, low heat generation and long service life.
Q:Can two vibration motors run synchronously on one vibrating screen?
A:
Yes. Our precisely machined eccentric blocks ensure good synchronization. We recommend installing separate overload protection for each motor to guarantee safe operation.
