Mining Heavy Duty Rotary Drum Ore Sand Wet Processing Washing Classification Trommel Screen

Our GT series trommel screen has processing capacity ranging from 10 ton to 260 ton per hour. Actual output will be influenced by feed material property and screen aperture size. We can customize drum dimension to satisfy your target hourly throughput.

The screen aperture covers 2 mm to 80 mm for customer option. Both perforated plate and woven mesh screen can be supplied for different abrasion conditions. We produce special aperture according to your required separating particle size.

It can deal with general wet mineral materials under proper feeding condition. Optional water spray pipe and self-cleaning brush can be equipped to reduce screen blocking risk. Too heavy sticky mud material needs preprocessing to guarantee stable screening result.

We supply both stationary and mobile frame versions for this trommel screen. Mobile model is fitted with travelling wheels for easy site transfer between different working spots. We can adjust frame structure based on your field ground condition.

The maximum allowable feed particle size for standard model is 120 mm. Oversize lump material should go through primary crushing before feeding into this machine. We can reinforce drum structure if you need to feed harder large lump ore.
