Q:What types of vibrating screens do you provide?

We have four main series FTJ dual motor vibrating screens FTX side mounted symmetric exciter vibrating screens FTF side mounted quad exciter vibrating screens and FTK box exciter vibrating screens. They fit light medium and heavy duty screening and dewatering applications.
Q:What is the difference between FTJ and FTX vibrating screen?
A:
FTJ uses dual motor self synchronous drive with simple structure and easy maintenance. FTX side mounted exciter vibrating screen separates motors from vibration. It produces larger excitation force and suits large scale screening.
Q:Which vibrating screen should I choose for heavy duty coal dewatering?
A:
:FTF quad exciter vibrating screen or FTK box exciter vibrating screen is recommended. They have strong load bearing capacity. FTK box exciter adopts thin oil lubrication for stable heavy load operation.
Q:Can you customize the excitation force and screen structure?
A:
Yes. We can adjust excitation force, power configuration and screen deck layout according to your raw material and required processing capacity.
Q:What lubrication style does FTK vibrating screen use?
A:
FTK vibrating screen is equipped with box type exciters using thin oil lubrication. This design reduces internal friction and wear and supports long time heavy load running.
