The HENGTUO Hydrocyclone is mainly used for slurry classification, desliming, dewatering, sand separation, solid-liquid separation, concentration, thickening and tailings recovery. It is widely applied in mineral processing, coal washing, sand washing and industrial slurry treatment.

Pressurized slurry enters the hydrocyclone tangentially through the feed inlet, creating a high-speed rotating flow. Coarse or high-density particles move toward the cyclone wall and discharge through the underflow, while fine or low-density particles move upward and discharge through the overflow pipe.

HENGTUO offers different wear-resistant materials according to the slurry conditions, including natural rubber, polyurethane, alumina ceramic, silicon carbide, wear-resistant composites and high-chromium alloy components. The cyclone body can also be manufactured from carbon steel, stainless steel, polyurethane or customized composite materials.
