Key features

Three optional structures are available including spiral feed preclassified feed and flat bottom type. Customers can select the proper model according to their mine working conditions.

Spiral feed design reduces swirling flow and inlet resistance. It cuts down wear and energy consumption and avoids overflow coarse discharge.

Preclassified feed model raises overflow fineness by more than 5 percent. It increases mineral recovery rate by 1 to 3 percent with low inlet resistance.

Flat bottom type is designed for black metal mines with 200 mesh less than or equal to 65 percent grinding system. It solves fine mud re enrichment issue and saves energy by over 12 percent.

All three designs achieve over 10 percent improvement in classification efficiency. The flat bottom version can lift processing capacity by more than 15 percent.

The product covers a full model range from FT10 to FT840. Diameter varies from 10 mm to 840 mm to satisfy different throughput requirements.

It can achieve a minimum cut size down to 10 um for fine particle separation. Its classification efficiency can stay above 90 percent under suitable operating conditions.

The wetted parts are made of polyurethane or high chromium alloy. The wear resistant material resists slurry erosion and extends equipment service life.

Operating pressure can be adjusted from 0.04 MPa to 0.6 MPa to match different slurry properties. The single machine handling capacity ranges from 5 to 900 cubic meters per hour.

The hydrocyclone has no rotating parts during operation leading to low failure rate. Custom dimensions and parameters are supported for different beneficiation projects.
