The pump body can dip directly inside pit or storage tank during operation. There is no need for complex inlet pipeline arrangement for medium suction.
This vertical sump model belongs to non shaft seal pump type. It saves auxiliary water supply equipment and lowers overall site operating investment.
Bearing assembly applies grease lubrication design for convenient daily maintenance. Operators do not need continuous liquid lubricant during long time running.
Wetted parts use high hardness alloy cast iron to resist solid particle scouring. It keeps stable performance when pumping high weight concentration ore slurry.
Standard and lengthened shaft versions are selectable to match different pit depth. Multiple lengthen schemes satisfy diverse on site installation requirement.
Impeller and pump shaft adopt threaded connection for quick disassembly. It shortens time cost when replacing wearing vulnerable spare parts.
It transports ash slurry of 45 percent weight concentration and ore slurry of 60 percent weight concentration. It adapts abrasive and corrosive slurry with solid particles.
Users may choose metal anti wear material or corrosion resistant metal material. Different material grades fit various PH value and particle impact conditions.
Optimized hydraulic structure reduces internal medium impact and hydraulic loss. The pump presents low noise and small vibration under continuous working status.
Fit for mining coal processing metallurgy chemical and mineral separation workshops. It handles pool bottom residual slurry and tank sediment transfer tasks.

They are designed for abrasive and corrosive slurry mixed with solid particles. Typical medium includes ore slurry ash slurry coal slurry tailings and other industrial heavy slurry. Max weight concentration can reach 45 percent for ash slurry and 60 percent for ore slurry.
Q:What different shaft seal options do you supply for slurry pumps?

Three main shaft seal solutions are available expeller dynamic seal packing seal and mechanical seal. You can select proper seal type based on slurry property particle content and site maintenance habit.
Q:Can these slurry pumps work in series or parallel installation?
A:
Yes. These slurry pumps support both series connection for higher head demand and parallel connection for larger total flow capacity. We can give professional configuration suggestion according to your working condition data.
Q:What is the difference between ZJ horizontal slurry pump and ZJL vertical sump slurry pump?
A:
ZJ is horizontal floor mount slurry pump which needs complete shaft seal water protection. ZJL is vertical submerged sump pump. It works inside pit or tank and does not require shaft seal water supply for normal operation.
Q:Can you offer interchangeable rubber wet end parts instead of metal alloy?
A:
Yes. Interchangeable rubber wetted components are optional. Rubber parts suit medium with fine particles and relatively low impact force. Alloy material is more suitable for coarse large sharp solid particles.
