Q:What scale of the hydraulic elevator dam can be constructed? What is the designed service life of the dam?

The theoretical height can exceed 10 meters, but typical design heights range from 0.5 to 6 meters. The width is essentially unrestricted if foundation accuracy is met. The designed service life is generally 30 years, with a 1-year warranty for major components.
Q:How does the dam work if sedimentation on top of its surface is more than 30 cm?
A:
The dam is designed to withstand severe sedimentation. It can adjust to a vertical angle of 75 degrees to wash away sediment under normal flow. Remaining sediment is not significant enough to affect lifting or dropping.
Q:What should be done if branches and stones are stuck in the dam?
A:
For floating objects like branches, regulation of a single dam or coordination with adjacent dams allows them to drift away. If stones are stuck between surfaces, adjusting the dam's angle releases them due to gravity and water flow.
Q:Is it possible to lift or drop the dam at the same time?
A:
Yes, we can custom design the hydraulic pump station for synchronous lifting or dropping. However, enhancing flow and power to accommodate this increases the cost.
Q:Is it possible to operate the dam manually? How much more economical is this option?
A:
Manual operation is possible but not recommended. A manual pump supplies only 30 ml of oil per operation, requiring 2-3 hours to lift or drop a single surface, necessitating enhanced pump and power systems.
