The lifting time of a single gate is about 1min/m, and the lowering time can be adjusted between 30s and 30min.

Q:Can the water be blocked at any height?

Yes, the hydraulic elevator dam can achieve arbitrary dam height water retention.

Q:How does the dam work if sedimentation on top of its surface is more than 30 cm?

The dam is designed to withstand severe sedimentation. It can adjust up to a 75-degree vertical angle to wash away sediment. Any remainder is not significant enough to affect lifting or dropping.

Q:What should be done if branches and stones are stuck in the dam?

Floating objects like branches can be drifted away by regulating a single dam or coordinating with adjacent ones. Stones stuck between surfaces can be released by adjusting the dam's angle to use gravity and water flow.
