The theoretical height can exceed 10 meters, but typical design heights range from 0.5 to 6 meters for safety. Width is unrestricted if foundation accuracy is met. The designed service life is generally 30 years, with a 1-year warranty for major components. Spare parts are standard and replaceable.

Q:How does the dam work if sedimentation on top of its surface is more than 30 cm?

The dam is designed to withstand severe sedimentation. It can adjust to a vertical angle of 75 degrees to wash away sediment under normal flow. Any remaining sediment is not significant enough to affect lifting or dropping.

Q:What should be done if branches and stones are stuck in the dam?

For floating objects like branches, regulation of a single dam or coordination with adjacent dams allows them to drift away. If stones are stuck between surfaces, adjusting the dam's angle releases them via gravity and water flow.

Q:Is it possible to lift or drop the dam at the same time?

Yes, we can custom design the hydraulic pump station for synchronous lifting or dropping. However, enhancing flow and power to accommodate this increases the dam's cost.

Q:Is it possible to operate the dam manually? How much more economical is this option?

Manual operation is possible but not recommended. A manual pump supplies only 30 ml of oil per operation, taking 2-3 hours to lift a single dam surface. It also requires enhanced pump and power systems, making it less economical.
