Our PU Sheet is a meticulously crafted solid cast polyurethane plate derived from the finest high-purity polyurethane raw materials. We provide two principal types: polyester PU Sheets and polyether PU Sheets. Our PU Sheets are renowned for their bubble-free, flat, and smooth surface, making them ideal as foundational elements for gaskets, wear liners, and buffer parts.

We offer fully customizable PU Sheet parameters. Hardness ranges from Shore 60A-98A and 20D-80D; thickness options span from 0.5mm to 100mm. Standard color options include translucent, yellow, black, red, and orange, with custom Pantone matching available upon request.

Absolutely. Our raw PU Sheets possess excellent machinability, enabling clients to perform die cutting, CNC carving, punching, and chamfering to create a variety of standard gaskets and uniquely shaped accessories.
