Our solid sheets come in a versatile range of Shore A 20A-80A, while foam silicone sheets offer 8A-35A. Custom hardness can be tailored to your needs.
Q:Can thickness and size be customized? Can you die-cut gaskets?
A:
Thickness spans from 0.3mm to 50mm, with standard roll widths of 1000/1200mm. Die-cutting for irregular gaskets is well within our capabilities.
Q:Is adhesive-backed silicone sheet available?
A:
Yes, we can provide single or double-sided adhesive options. Note that ordinary adhesive isn't suitable for continuous high temperatures; for such conditions, a high-temperature adhesive version is available.
Q:Is regular silicone sheet oil resistant?
A:
Standard VMQ silicone may not withstand mineral oil effectively. For environments where oil resistance is crucial, fluorosilicone sheets are recommended.
Q:Is silicone sheet insulating? Do you have flame retardant grade?
A:
Our robust solid silicone sheets boast remarkable insulation properties. We also offer UL94 V-0 flame retardant silicone sheets, ensuring top-tier safety and performance.
