These finished PU Sheets are meticulously manufactured to be bubble-free, flat, and smooth, serving as the foundational raw material for crafting gaskets, wear liners, and buffer parts.

Our PU Sheets are fully customizable. Hardness levels range from Shore 60A-98A and 20D-80D, while thickness options span from 0.5mm to 100mm. Standard colors include translucent, yellow, black, red, and orange, yet we can match any Pantone color to suit your specific needs.

Absolutely. The raw PU Sheets offer excellent machinability, allowing for processes such as die cutting, CNC carving, punching, and chamfering to create a variety of standard gaskets and uniquely shaped accessories.
