Q:Can I customize the size and hardness?
A:
Yes. Full-size non-standard customization is supported. Outer diameter, length, rubber thickness and shaft type can be customized. Hardness is adjustable from 30A to 95A Shore to meet different pressing, conveying and coating processes.
Q:How to choose different rubber roller materials?
A:
PU: high wear resistance, for heavy load, conveying and laminating; Silicone: high temperature resistant, non-stick, for hot stamping, heat transfer and food industry
Q:Will the roller degum or crack easily?
A:
No degumming or delamination with standard production process. With sandblasting primer and high-temperature integrated vulcanization, the bonding force is strong. It can work stably for a long time under normal conditions. Avoid violent extrusion and long-term strong acid/alkali immersion.
Q:What is the surface precision?
A:
After precision grinding, radial runout <0.02mm with uniform surface roughness and stable pressure output. No indentation, thickness deviation or printing missing dots during high-speed production.
Q:Do you support old roller recoating and refurbishment?
A:
Yes. We provide one-stop refurbishment services including old rubber removing, shaft repair, re-coating, grinding and dynamic balance calibration, which is more cost-effective than replacing new rollers.
