Q:What is the service life of your PU sheets? What advantages do you have compared with rubber and steel plates?

Our PU sheets are produced by CPU casting process with 12-hour high-temperature vulcanization treatment for stable internal molecular structure. Under the same working conditions, its service life is 3-5 times longer than ordinary rubber plates and 2-5 times longer than steel plates. Q:How do you pack the PU sheets? How to prevent product damage during long-distance transportation?

We adopt standard export fumigated wooden pallet packaging. All PU sheets are neatly stacked on pallets and tightly wrapped with multi-layer stretch film, which is dust-proof, moisture-proof and anti-scratch. It is convenient for forklift loading and container stuffing. We will also attach shipping marks on each pallet for easy identification and quantity checking, greatly lowering the risk of collision, dampness and abrasion during sea or land transportation.

Q:What is the difference between polyester PU and polyether PU? How should I choose?

Polyester PU has superior abrasion resistance, which is perfect for dry working conditions like dry ore screening, coal crushing with no long-term water immersion. Polyether PU features excellent hydrolysis resistance, suitable for wet environments such as ore pulp transportation, tailings dewatering and coal washing plants, which can avoid cracking and swelling after long-term soaking in water.
