We offer solid sheets with Shore A hardness ranging from 20A-80A and foam silicone sheets from 8A-35A. Custom hardness configurations are available to meet specific needs.
Q:Can thickness and size be customized? Can you die-cut gaskets?
A:
Thickness options span 0.3mm-50mm, with standard roll widths of 1000/1200mm. We can also accommodate die-cut irregular gaskets.
Q:Is adhesive-backed silicone sheet available?
A:
Yes, we provide single and double-sided adhesive options. Note: Ordinary adhesive isn't suitable for continuous high temperatures; however, a high-temperature adhesive version is available for enduring applications. For oil contact scenarios, standard VMQ silicone is not recommended due to its poor resistance to mineral oil. We advise using our specialized fluorosilicone sheets for such conditions.
Q:Is regular silicone sheet oil resistant?
A:
While standard VMQ silicone has limited resistance to mineral oil, our advanced fluorosilicone sheets offer superior performance for oil-exposed environments.
Q:Is silicone sheet insulating? Do you have flame retardant grade?
A:
Absolutely! Our solid silicone sheets boast exceptional insulation properties. We also offer UL94 V-0 rated flame retardant silicone sheets for those seeking enhanced safety and protection.
