Q:Is it industrial grade or food grade? Can I get food grade?
A:
The standard version is industrial grade for mechanical sealing, insulation and high-temperature equipment. Custom LFGB food-grade version is available, which is non-toxic and safe for direct food contact, with complete test reports provided.
Q:What is the temperature resistance range?
A:
Long-term working temperature: -60-250 , instantaneous peak temperature up to 280 . It can work stably above 200 for a long time without deformation or cracking.
Q:Any bubbles or impurities? How about the flatness?
A:
Produced by automatic extrusion vulcanization process, the sheet is bubble-free, pinhole-free and impurity-free with high flatness and precise thickness tolerance ( 0.1mm). All products are inspected before delivery.
Q:What customization and MOQ do you support?
A:
We support custom size, hardness, surface treatment, adhesive backing, die-cutting, OEM and neutral packaging. MOQ is 200KG, small trial orders are acceptable. Stock items can be delivered in 1-3 days.
Q:Will the red color fade or powder off?
A:
Adopts high-temperature integrated vulcanization coloring process, the pigment is fully fused with the rubber base. No fading or powdering under normal industrial and high-temperature use, more stable than low-cost dyed sheets.
