HESHI uses a heavy-duty welded steel frame: top side beam 601205mm square tube, bottom side rail 80805mm, main columns 2.5mm bending parts with reinforced corner posts, all Q235B high-tensile steel (ASTM A572 Gr50 / S355JR). Engineered to EN 1090-2 (EU), AS/NZS 1170.2 (AU), ASCE 7-22 and AISC 360 (US), AS 4100:2020 and Eurocode 3, with CE EN 1090-1 certificate plus verified structural report. Galvanized, C4 corrosion class (ISO 12944 / ISO 1461). Anchor plates and tie-down cables available.

Yes. Walls are 70-75mm EPS or PU sandwich panels with 0.5mm PPGI skin, B1 flame retardant, tested to GB/T 8624 (B1), AS/NZS 1530.3 (AU), ASTM C1029 (US) and EN 13501-1 (EU). The structural floor is 15mm high-density sulfate-based Magnesium Oxide (MGO) board: A1 fire class and 0% asbestos, with a NATA-certified 0% asbestos report, mandatory for Australia and New Zealand customs. Wiring runs inside fire-resistant conduit, and the European package uses LSZH low-smoke zero-halogen cable.

Waterproofing works on three levels. The roof is a 50-75mm EPS sandwich panel sealed with butyl waterproof taping and D-type seal strips, and has passed a 16mm/min simulated rain test. Snow-load design follows NBC Canada, AS/NZS 1170.3 and Eurocode 1, so it suits Canada, Northern Europe and alpine Australia. Wall joints use a zero-gap sealing process, thermal-break aluminium doors and windows stay airtight, and patented FRP fiberglass roof waterproofing resists long-term ponding.

The envelope is a continuous insulated system: 70-75mm EPS or PU sandwich walls, 50-75mm insulated roof, and 930*930mm thermal-break aluminium windows with PA66 strips and double glazing (5+14+5 or 5+9+5, Low-E, 6063-T5 alloy) certified to AS/NZS 2208 (AU), ASTM E1300 (US), EN 12150 (EU) and 3C. PU panels give the best performance in extreme climates. Zero-gap sealed joints prevent cold bridging. Optional pre-installed underfloor heating, solar PV, integrated HVAC and smart-home systems.

The structural floor is 15mm high-density sulfate-based MGO board, laid over a patented densified bottom frame with reduced joist spacing and supported by the 80805mm bottom side rail. Compliance references include NATA certification (AU), ASTM C1201 (US) and AS 4964. MGO board is dimensionally stable, moisture-tolerant, A1 fire-rated and asbestos-free, a clear advantage over particleboard or plywood floors that swell and sag. Any finish such as SPC, vinyl or tile can be laid on top.
