Spun bonding is one of the most popular methods of producing polymer-laid nonwovens. This process is based on the melt spinning technique. The melt is forced by spin pumps through a spinneret having a large number of holes.

We are PP spun bond nonwoven machinery manufacturer which only produces spun bond and melt blown nonwoven fabric, but not spun lace nonwoven fabric. The production technology is totally different. The spunlace nonwoven fabric is a product of the process of entangling a web of loose fibres through multiple rows of jets of water at high pressure which pierce the material and tangled the fibres.

Spunbond fabrics are strong and durable, making them ideal for applications that require strength and durability. However, they are not as soft or absorbent as spunlace fabrics. Spunlace fabrics are soft and absorbent, making them ideal for applications that require softness and absorbency.

The core different is the raw material, PP nonwoven fabric is polypropylene, and PET nonwoven fabric is polyester. These two nonwoven fabric is produced by different machine making lines. PET nonwoven fabric making line is much expensive than PP nonwoven fabric making line.
