Q:What is spun bond?
A:
Spun bonding is a popular method for producing polymer-laid nonwovens based on melt spinning. Melt is forced through a spinneret with many holes.
Q:Can your machine produce spun lace nonwoven fabric?
A:
No. We only produce spun bond and melt blown nonwoven fabric. Spun lace requires a different technology using high-pressure water jets.
Q:What is the difference between spunbond and spunlace nonwoven fabric?
A:
Spunbond is strong and durable but less soft. Spunlace is soft and absorbent, making it ideal for applications requiring softness.
Q:What is the difference between PP and PET nonwoven fabric?
A:
PP is polypropylene; PET is polyester. They use different production lines. PET lines are generally more expensive than PP lines.
