Our standard pricing is FOB. The buyer arranges and pays for main carriage, insurance, and destination charges. We are not liable for loss or damage during transit but will assist with coordination if issues arise.

Shipping damage is the carrier's or insurer's scope. Please take photos, notify your forwarder/insurer, and share details with us. We may offer discounted replacements or priority re-production based on the situation.
