Q:Who is responsible for shipping, insurance, and import duties?

Our standard pricing is FOB [Xiamen/Shanghai]. You (the buyer) arrange and pay for main carriage, insurance, and destination charges. We do not include marine insurance or liability for transit damage, but we assist with replacements or documentation if issues arise.
