Q:What are the payment terms?

We accept T/T: 50% deposit and 50% balance before shipment. Other options include LC, PayPal, and Western Union.

Q:Can you provide OEM/ODM services?

Yes, we accept OEM, ODM, and logo customization. We offer custom logos (laser engraving, metal plates), branded packaging, and full design customization for size, shape, and finish.

Q:How do you package the goods for export?

We use robust, export-grade packaging including foam wrap, stretch film, and fully enclosed heat-treated wooden crates with IPPC stamps. Internal corner guards and anti-movement padding are included.
