AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryHIGHINS is a combined supplier involved in equipment research and development, manufacturing, sales, installation, and export-related services. It offers customization from samples and designs, maintains inventory, and reports a peak-season fulfillment time within 15 workdays. The supplier states that it provides original FAWDE engines and after-sales service, and describes an engineering team focused on fuel efficiency, emissions reduction, and durability. ISO9001:2015, ISO45001:2018, and ISO14001 management-system certifications are reported. However, quality-control documentation is incomplete: finished-product inspections lack written records, and supplier approval, corrective-action, and complaint-handling procedures lack documented records. Export experience is stated as one year, and no overseas warehouse or showroom is available. Financial information is limited and does not establish strong financial credibility.

Supplier typeThe supplier is identified as a combined company. Its stated business scope includes research and development, manufacturing and sales of general mechanical equipment, generators and generator sets, and installation services, indicating a manufacturer-trader/service combination rather than a purely trading entity.

CertificationsThe supplier reports ISO9001:2015, ISO45001:2018, and ISO14001 management-system certifications. It also reports having a factory environmental impact assessment and conducting regular fire drills during the past year, although product compliance certification is listed only as “Others,” without a specific standard or certificate name.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier states that it provides after-sales service for original FAWDE engines. It also reports procedures for corrective and preventive actions and customer complaints, but no written records are available, so the operational consistency of these processes is not fully demonstrated.

R&D capabilityHIGHINS reports an R&D team of experienced engineers and technical experts focused on diesel fuel efficiency, emissions reduction, and durability, and offers appearance and performance-related power-solution customization. However, no SDK is available, which limits the evidence of software or platform integration capability.

Production capacityThe supplier lists manufacturing of general equipment and generators, has a combined facility including assembly and testing equipment, reports valid manufacturing contracts with associated subcontractors, and has in-stock capacity. It also states that finished-product inspections have instructions but no written records, indicating a documentation weakness in production quality control.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers customized power solutions covering equipment selection, performance matching, and appearance design. Its design-service capability includes customization from samples and from customer designs, providing direct evidence of both service-level and design-based customization.
