AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryCNMC is a machinery-oriented manufacturer with more than 30 years of operating experience and a business scope covering metal tools, general components, material-handling equipment, photovoltaic equipment, containers, and related manufacturing activities. It reports ISO 9001:2015 certification, CE and GOST certification, documented service procedures, and complaint-handling and corrective-action processes. The supplier provides broad customization and ODM services and has OEM experience with well-known brands. Production information identifies mini excavator and spray machine output, three production lines, and dedicated assembly, laser-cutting, coating, and bending equipment. Innovation evidence is mixed: the supplier reports three years of R&D engineer experience and research cooperation, but no new products in the past year and no available SDK. Overseas infrastructure is limited, with no overseas warehouse, showroom, or branch/agent reported. Customer-case evidence is limited to stated OEM service for...

Supplier typeCNMC is presented as a machinery manufacturer rather than only a trader: its scope includes manufacturing metal tools and general components, while production information covers mini excavators and spray machines. Its listed capabilities include assembly, laser cutting, spray coating, and bending, supported by three production lines.

CertificationsThe supplier explicitly reports an ISO 9001:2015 certificate. It also states that CNMC obtained European Union CE and Russian GOST certification, indicating documented quality-system and product-compliance credentials.

After-Sales capabilityCNMC reports written procedures and records for supplier service assessment, corrective and preventive actions, and customer complaint handling. However, it has no overseas warehouse, showroom, or overseas agent/branch; overseas service coverage is stated as zero, although it has participated in Bauma CHINA 2024 and reports lead times within 15 workdays.

Production capacityProduction evidence includes three production lines, 12 quality assurance and control inspectors in one record, and 21–30 quality-control staff in another. Reported annual output is 1,500 mini excavators and 300 spray machines, supported by assembly, laser cutting, coating, and bending equipment; the differing QC figures should be clarified.

Customization capabilityCNMC explicitly offers customization from samples, customization from designs, full customization, minor customization, and flexible customization. It also reports ODM service availability, providing direct evidence of broad product-development and adaptation capability.
