Our main products include self-drilling screws, chipboard screws, self-tapping screws, class 12.9 metric screws, and stainless-steel screws. We produce GB, ANSI, and DIN standards and support custom requirements like special head styles, thread sizes, unique coatings, and personalized packaging.
Q:What coatings can you offer?
A:
We offer in-house coatings including electro-galvanizing, phosphating, and nickel-plating with blue-white or color passivation. Dacromet and hot-dip galvanizing are processed by qualified external partners. Enhanced salt-spray performance is available per customer requirements.
Q:Can you provide test reports and quality certification?
A:
Yes, we implement the ISO9001 quality management system. Material certificates are available for each batch, and we can supply salt-spray test and mechanical-property test reports.
Q:What is your factory capacity and location?
A:
All production is located at our Qingyuan base with a full-design annual capacity of 100,000 tons. We handle large-volume long-term contract orders with phased capacity release.
