Q:What are your main products and do you accept custom orders?
A:
Our main products include self-drilling screws, chipboard screws, self-tapping screws, class 12.9 metric screws, and stainless-steel screws. We can produce GB, ANSI, and DIN standard specifications and support custom requirements such as special head styles, thread sizes, unique coatings, and personalized packaging.
Q:What coatings can you offer?
A:
In-house coatings include electro-galvanizing, phosphating, and nickel-plating. Dacromet and hot-dip galvanizing are processed by qualified external partners. Normal passivation includes blue-white and color passivation, with enhanced salt-spray performance available per customer requirements.
Q:Can you provide test reports and material certificates?
A:
We implement an ISO9001 quality management system. Material certificates are available for each batch, and salt-spray test and mechanical-property test reports can be supplied.
Q:What is your factory capacity and where is the production base?
A:
All production is located at our Qingyuan base with a full-design annual capacity of 100,000 tons. Capacity is released in phases to handle large-volume long-term contract orders.
Q:What is your MOQ?
A:
For standard self-drilling screws, chipboard screws, and wall-board screws, the MOQ is 1-2 tons. A higher MOQ may apply for non-standard items, special coatings, and custom packaging, confirmed based on exact product specifications.
