The supplier has 11 employees, two R&D engineers, reported new products in the past year, and provides minor customization. It has self-operated import/export rights, derives 90% of total sales from exports, and lists Shanghai Port as its nearest port. Service-management procedures for supplier assessment, corrective actions, and customer complaints are documented with records. However, the supplier does not provide ODM services, OEM services for popular brands, or an available SDK. Certification details and customer case references are not provided. Audit information identifies TUV Rheinland and an audit period from May 30, 2024 to May 29, 2025, but the stated evaluation result is not interpretable as a certification credential from the supplied data.

Supplier typeThe supplier is described as both a Manufacturer/Factory and a Trading Company, while its legal ownership is a limited company. Its offered products are electric scooters and electric bikes, and its business scopes include bicycles, motorcycles, machinery, sporting goods, and related parts.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier has written procedures and records for customer complaints, corrective and preventive actions, and service-capability assessment. It reports one-month average lead times in both peak and off-season periods, but no specific warranty, repair, replacement, or service coverage terms are provided.

R&D capabilityThe supplier has two R&D engineers and reports launching new products during the past year. However, it does not provide ODM services and has no available SDK, indicating limited evidence for advanced development or platform-integration capability.
