First, check whether the hydraulic oil level is sufficient and whether there is oil leakage in the pipeline; then confirm that the GPY oil pump and resistance-free oil cylinder are working normally, and reset the pressure compensation parameter if necessary to ensure stable pressure application.

After each use, clean the surface of the hot press plate to remove residual materials; avoid mixing hard particles into the materials to prevent scratches; the plate is made of imported SKD steel, which does not need frequent replacement and only needs regular inspection.

The whole machine is equipped with movable casters, weighing about 790kg, which can be pushed flexibly. It does not need a fixed installation foundation and can be used directly after moving without re-commissioning.
