What is the warranty period?

The quality assurance date is one year (exclude the quick wear parts) after commissioning, but not exceed 15 months from date on which machine leaves the factory.

What are the installation costs?

Within the time of warranties, the seller will send the engineer to guide to install the machine. The buyer should pay the salary for the engineer, 150 dollars per day, and if the installation would exceed one month, then the buyer shall pay the engineer 200 dollars per day for the exceeding time.

What materials are needed for production?

Material needed includes oil or fat of plant or animal (palm oil, coconut oil, tallow oil, etc.), caustic soda (NaOH), sodium-chloride (NaCl), sodium silicate, pigment, etc.
