Q:Can the two stations run with different temperature, pressure and time parameters separately?

Yes. Our double-station vulcanizing machine is designed with two independent temperature control, timing and hydraulic pressure regulation systems. The left and right stations can be set with different vulcanization temperatures, pressures and curing times. It can produce different types of products with different technical requirements at the same time, providing great production flexibility.

Q:Why does the piston not rise and the machine fail to close the mold after startup? How to fix it?

Common causes and solutions: 1. The motor runs in reverse; adjust the phase sequence of the power cable. 2. The oil return valve is in the pressure relief position; switch the handle to the mold closing working position. 3. The oil pump is damaged or the oil inlet is blocked; clean the oil circuit or replace damaged parts. 4. The emergency stop button is not reset; reset the emergency stop and restart the system.

Q:The two stations show different mold closing speeds. How to adjust it?

Speed inconsistency is mainly caused by inconsistent speed valve settings or air remaining in the hydraulic system. Fine-tune the hydraulic speed control valves of the two stations to unify the opening and closing speed. If the problem persists, exhaust the hydraulic system through the exhaust valve and fasten all oil pipe joints to prevent air intake.
