MOQ varies by product type. For normal shapes like mugs and plates with blank ware in stock, the MOQ is 300pcs. For special shapes like tea sets or baking wares, it is 1000pcs. Glazed items require 2000pcs per color per shape.

Sample lead time is 10-15 days for items with decals and 20-30 days for glazed items or new shapes. Mass production lead time is 60-75 days after receiving the deposit and confirming samples, subject to order and item quantity.

We typically accept T/T with a 30% deposit and the balance against the copy of the Bill of Lading (BL). We also accept L/C at sight, D/P, PayPal, Western Union, and small-amount payments.
