Q:What are the payment terms?

We usually accept T/T with a 30% deposit and the balance against the copy of the Bill of Lading. We also accept L/C at sight.

For normal shapes of mugs and plates with blank ware in stock, the MOQ is 300pcs. For special shapes like tea sets or glazed items, the MOQ is higher (1000pcs or 2000pcs per color per shape).
Q:What is the lead time for production?
A:
Sample lead time is 10-15 days for decal items and 20-30 days for glazed items. Mass production lead time is 60-75 days after receiving the deposit and confirming samples.
