If you have a DHL, FedEx, or TNT account, we will use it. Otherwise, we pay the shipping cost first and collect the same amount from you later.

Can the items pass a drop test?

We accept T/T with a 30% deposit and the balance against the BL copy, or L/C at sight. Other methods like PayPal and Western Union are also available.

Sample lead time is 10-15 days for decals and 20-30 days for glazed items. Mass production takes 60-75 days after receiving the deposit and confirming samples, depending on order quantity.
