If you have a DHL, FedEx, or TNT account, we will use it. Otherwise, we pay the shipping cost upfront and collect the same amount from you later, as sample fees do not include shipping.

For normal shapes like mugs and plates with blank ware in stock, the MOQ is 300pcs. For special shapes like tea sets or baking wares, the MOQ is 1000pcs. Glazed items require 2000pcs per color per shape.

Yes, we have stock of specific dinner sets and tea sets. We also accept small orders for ongoing designs if you confirm quickly. For new custom designs, production will start after order confirmation.

Q:What are the lead times for samples and mass production?
