Yes, we offer OEM and ODM services. We can customize product designs, logos, and packaging (e.g., color box, gift box). We provide templates for your design and require AI/PSD files with at least 300 DPI.
Q:What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A:
MOQ varies by item. For normal shapes with stock, MOQ is 300pcs. For special shapes or tea sets, it is 1000pcs. Glazed items require 2000pcs per color per shape.
Q:What are the payment terms?
A:
We accept T/T with a 30% deposit and balance against BL copy, or L/C at sight. Other options include PayPal, Western Union, and D/P.
Q:What is the lead time for production?
A:
Sample lead time is 10-15 days for decal items and 20-30 days for glazed/new shapes. Mass production takes 60-75 days after deposit and sample confirmation.
Q:Do you have stock items available?
A:
Yes, we have stock of specific dinner sets and tea sets. We also accept small orders for ongoing designs if confirmed quickly.
